Only for small people!
Strengths: Very good buy for the price.
Weakness: Not sturdy, wouldn’t recommend it for people over 200 lbs.
I think this is a good product. It has been very effective for me. I love that it has 12 different programs, each of them with 12 different levels of difficulty. However, I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who is 200lbs or over, this machine is kind of small and not very sturdy. I think it works great for me because I am very little, 5 ft. tall and 110lbs, the stride length is perfect for me....

This elliptical is the most all over body workout I have ever done! It is easy to get on, easy to read the display panel, quiet, and is an excellent way of getting in cardio in just a few min a day!
