Strengths: Solid material, kicks your fanny, exactly as advertised.

Weakness: Somebody mentioned they're plastic but honestly, who cares. It's tough enough to handle any push-ups you can do at home. Limited excercise fold out card showing push-up routines but no big deal.

Good size platform with rotating handles is one tough customer the first couple of times you use it. Seriously, I was very sore the next day from using these but that's a good thing. Best Push Up Device

Strengths: Slick design.

Weakness: Made of plastic and bigger than it looks.

This is one of the best push up device I have ever tried. After your first day of using it, you will notice a difference. In my opinion, it will let you do more by placing less twisting strains on your wrists. You will be able to go lower. As a bonus, it includes an excellent exercise dvd. You cannot go wrong with this one.

Excellent pushup aid

Strengths: Fluid motion, well built, good ergonomics

I already had push of support bars that I used to make pushups easier on my wrists. I purchased these to allow pushups to work a broader set of muscles. It works well and instantly cut in half the number of pushups I could perform before failure. The motion is smooth and does not disrupt from the exercise.
