I really like the total body works 5000

Strengths: Very durable. Easy to put together.

Worth the $$$!!!

Strengths: Definitely provides a nice workout. Great value for the price.

Weakness: Not much detail on exercises for the legs.

I have owned my machine for ~2 months and I have been totally impressed. It was pretty easy to set up; however, it might be a bear to pu it up and ake it down on a daily basis. I use it with my 9-yr old son, and it only takes a few seconds to change the set-up. I do wish there were more opportunities for leg exercises,but, overall I give this machine an A+!!!

Total Body really works

Finally we ended up in buying the chuck Norris recommended Total Gym.But it was very expensive. lucikly, one day we met a very good man at our local fitness center who told us about the Weider Total body works 5000 home Gym. Thats it we never gave a second thought. we immidiately bought one. we just love this machine. Great resistance, great work outs. we had it for a couple of months now and we are very much satisfied with everything. Great alternative for other competitors products that too for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Before I chose to buy the Total Gym 5000, I checked the internet to read all the reviews other customers wrote, most people were satisfied, so I purchased one and I couldn't have made a better choice for the money. Every muscle in your body gets a good workout in a short amount of time, If you don't have much time in the day to workout , this gym is all you need to get a good workout you'll feel the whole day, and you won't believe the results. It also helps me sleep better through the night, and has decreased my back pain. Don't spend hundreds on other gyms because this has the same results you can get from others. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
