NO WARRANTY AND YOU WILL NEED ONE
Strengths: The machine has potential but can't take the risk. Claims to have a warranty but when you attempt to contact them, you get no response.
Weakness: No customer service available and no warranty. They provide a number and email but you receive no response.
The machine has potential but with no warranty provided spend a little extra and get one that provides a better customer service, better shipping, and a warranty. You should not need a warranty with most machines but with Impex you will need one before its even delivered which by the way takes a month. The machine is delivered missing parts and damaged.
