The center support beam has 5 height adjustments form 72 to 96 allowing you to hang heavy bags at various heights. The legs extend 9' in both directions from the corner for maximum stability. Shock absorbing design keeps frame stationary during vigorous workouts. Note Heavy bag, not included. Comes in White Only. Supports a heavy bag up to 100lbs.
