Strengths: The bike has an aluminum frame and fork, It has Shimano Sora shifters, that shift by pushing the brake levers sideways. It has Alloy rims. It is a good looking bike. It Rides good.

Weakness: Too keep thew price low, the components are low priced models, but work OK. The pedals need to be replaced, they are too narrow and only go under half the foot.

Found this bike as a closeout for $199. It rides great. It's good looking. It has a solid feel on the road, a comfortable ride, and everything works well. I like the saddle that comes with the bike, it's comfortable. The 22 in. (56 CM) frame is a good fit for a 6 ft. rider. The Tektro 510 brakes are solid and have a good feel. Found this bike as a closeout for $199. It rides great. It's good looking. It has a solid feel on the road, a comfortable ride, and everything works well. I like the saddle that comes with the bike, it's comfortable. The 22 in. (56 CM) frame is a good fit for a 6 ft. rider. The Tektro 510 brakes are solid and have a good feel. The Sora type shifters make shifting a breeze. Just flip the brake lever sideways to shift. I would recommend this bike to anyone who wants a recreational road bike and doesn't want to spend a lot of money. I ride over a hundred miles a week, mostly off-road on a mountain bike. I didn't want to spend a lot on a road bike. The bike has a 7 speed shimano 14-28 tooth freewheel hub in the rear. The rear deraileur is a Tourney mega-range. The rear hub is a bolt-on solid axle. The front hub has a hollow axle with a quick release. The crank has a 50 and a 39 tooth steel chainrings, and 170 mm long cranks. The front deraileur is an RS Suntour. The bike has a 1 in. threaded headset, with aluminum handlebar stem. The drop handlebars are steel. I re-greased and adjusted the wheel bearings and bottom bracket bearings before I rode the bike, and adjusted the shift cables. The owners manual says the frame has a lifetime warranty, which is better than a lot of bikes. The frame is good enough to make the bike worth upgrading components as needed. As it comes, the bike weighs about 26 lbs. After going over the bike, some of the components are low end but, I didn't find any quality issues with them that I think would make them wear out prematurely or fail. The frame has a "Made in Taiwan" sticker on it. With a bike purchased online or from a dept. store, the bearings, cables, shifters, spokes, etc. may not have been adjusted properly and could have problems having bearings, spokes etc. too tight or loose. If one is not experienced to check and adjust these things themselves, take it to a bike shop and pay to have it done. I changed the pedals, the pedals that come with it are too narrow and only the inside of the foot will rest on them. I changed the quill stem to move the handlebars back and up, to a position I like better. Other than that, I plan to ride the bike as-is until something wears out. This bike is a great value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a friend if it fit what they were looking for.
