Nokona lasted less than two months

Weakness: faulty leather no response from Nokona
We purchased this mitt less than two months ago. It's leather has a three inch split just below the pocket. Repeated emails to Nokona have gone unanswered. The store that we bought it at told us to send it to Nokona (at our cost) or they would exchange it for another mitt. We will most likely choose to return it for another brand of glove. Nokona giving no response plays a big part in that...
